Step by Step Project in Corearsitek
We will ask several questions related to the project to be carried out, such as the size of the site, the area of the building to be planned, space requirements and the desired architectural design style. After this we will provide a price offer
When the offer is approved, we will enter into a contractual agreement either legally or with trust. After that, the client pays the downpayment according to the agreement in the offer.
We developed some initial design ideas in the form of rough sketches. The focus is to describe the shape of the building and the relationship between spaces as a whole. We also began to determine the function of each space, how users would move within the building (circulation), and the relationship between the spaces to each other.
We began to make more detailed drawings, such as plans, views and sections of buildings. This is to describe more clearly the form and function of the building. The design concept is introduced to the client. Client feedback is very important at this stage to ensure that the design meets their expectations.
Design Detailing: All design elements become more detailed, for example the selection of building materials, determination of structural elements, and arrangement of mechanical and electrical systems (MEP).
Coordination with Engineers and Consultants: Architects work closely with engineers to ensure that the design meets required safety and functionality standards.
Cost and Schedule Planning: The cost budget begins to be calculated in more detail, and the construction schedule is estimated so that the project can be completed on time and within budget.
Preparation of Working Drawings: More detailed technical drawings are prepared, including detailed drawings, material specifications, and instructions for the contractor.
Building Permit: This document is submitted to the authorities to obtain construction permits in accordance with local regulations.
Image printed in 2 copies. Both architectural drawings, RAB and other supporting documents for PBG, as well as providing soft copies and hard copies to the Client. After that, payment is made by the client
